Get in Touch
FryConvert is run by one person — Brian, the founder — so when you email, you reach the same person who writes the guides and builds the tools. I read every message that comes in and reply to genuine questions when I can.
Email: hello@fryconvert.com
There is no contact form and no chatbot — a direct email gets to me fastest and keeps a clean thread if we need to go back and forth about a specific cooking time.
Reporting a Cooking-Time Correction
Corrections are the most valuable email I get, and they are how the charts stay accurate. If a time or temperature on the site did not work for you, the fastest way to get it fixed is to include:
- Your air fryer model — e.g. Ninja AF101, Cosori 5.8Qt, Instant Vortex Plus. Wattage and basket vs. oven-style matter.
- The exact food and page — which guide you were following, and the cut, thickness, or brand if it is a frozen product.
- What happened — the setting you used, the setting the chart gave, and how the result differed (undercooked, dried out, needed more time, and so on).
When the same correction comes in more than once for a specific model, I re-test and update the chart, then note the change in the Updates and Corrections log.
What I Can and Cannot Help With
Happy to help
- Corrections to a cooking time, temperature, or FAQ answer
- A conversion the calculator does not cover yet
- Broken links, display bugs, or an accessibility problem on any page
- Suggestions for a food guide or tool that is missing
- Permission and attribution questions about the embeddable converter
Not a good fit here
- Guest posts, sponsored posts, or link insertions — FryConvert does not accept these, so those emails will not get a reply.
- Diagnosing a hardware fault with your air fryer — contact the manufacturer’s warranty support for that.
- Medical or specialized dietary advice — the guides follow USDA safe-temperature guidance, but I am not a substitute for a doctor or dietitian.
Business & Press
For product-review inquiries, partnership questions, or press, email hello@fryconvert.com with “Business” in the subject line. Note that FryConvert’s editorial standards mean recommendations are never paid for — pros-and-cons sections are written before any affiliate relationship is checked, and that is not negotiable.
Response Time
FryConvert is a small, independent site, not a support desk, so replies come from a real person between recipe testing and writing — usually within a few days. Straightforward corrections are prioritized because they help every reader, not just the one who wrote in. Thank you for taking the time to make the site better.
